'Garden service is my business. I built this wagon myself. I fix my own bicycle. I fix everything - even the machines. I learned. When we were young my father taught us if you want something you have to do it yourself, and you have to learn how to do it. And if you want something you can't say no, I can't have that thing, how can you say, "I can't!". If you want something and you work at it you will get it. I even exercise on this bike. It's 8 speed. If I get on the bike at 05:00 to Maselspoort I'm back here at 07:00. Ha ha, ja, this bike keeps you fit, and you don't get old too quickly. But the young guys of today, aikhona, they are very lazy. In 2007, on 14 December, they stole my brush cutter. The thing that angers me most in life are people that steal. You can't turn your back for a second. If you leave something somewhere and you go around the corner, when you come back there is nothing. You always have to be diligent. People will steal at every opportunity. They will steal the milk right out of your tea. They are very dangerous. That's the thing that angers me most. The thing that makes me happiest is when I have work and money. When it's raining I know that the work will be there, and I will have money. The thing that I'm always looking for is to be happy.'
