Das is(s)t Deutschland - Menschen und ihr Lieblingsessen is the follow-up to the South African best seller African Salad - a portrait of South Africans at home, a project that follows the same concept exploring contemporary South Africa throught the food people eat daily. This custom-bound 256 page collectable was photographed by Stan Engelbrecht and written by Nataly Bleuel and Dagmar Hoetzel, with illustrations by Elise Wessels.
